Thanks to a timely comment from Julie of Lost Luggage fame, I discovered that I somehow managed to accidentally disable the comments from my blog posts.
Oy!
Well, it has now been fixed and I welcome comments, although none from Adolescent Alley where a mere eye rolling will suffice. My apologies if you have been trying to reach me in vain. I've missed hearing from you!

Yay !!! I did think it was a little strange that someone who leaves such great comments herself and who participates in such great challenges and art making would keep her comments closed ! Figured you either needed a good break or that something funky was happening technically !
